Forty-four residences on Luis Vigoreaux Avenue, between Garden Hills and San Patricio, in the first new residential building that corridor has seen in more than twenty-five years. A $45 million project of seven stories by RioBlanco Capital, with architecture by Jota Arkitekts, the firm behind Ocean Five in Condado. Two-bedroom residences on floors 2 to 6 are 1,467 square feet with 2.5 baths, a private balcony and two parking spaces, from $1,200,000. Four three-bedroom penthouses on floor 7 are 2,934 square feet with 3.5 baths, two balconies and three parking spaces, from $2,950,000. The developer states the project has DACO approval.
