The ICON Condado
A boutique collection of thirty two- to four-bedroom residences at 1120 Avenida Ashford in Condado, San Juan, approximately one block from Condado Beach. Contemporary architecture and large-format living spaces designed around ocean and city views, in one of San Juan's most walkable neighborhoods, within reach of restaurants, hotels, schools, medical facilities and shopping. Developed by RioBlanco Capital, whose other Puerto Rico projects include Le Parc in Puerta de Tierra and The Legacy in Guaynabo. Thirty residences is a small number for Condado, and that scarcity is central to how the building is positioned.
